Winteropfern “Jaffa Cake”-Inspired Ale. After spending a year in Muddy River Rum barrels, this American strong ale was blended with a young barleywine which was fermented with Montmorency cherries and lactose, then conditioned in brite with split & shaved Madagascar vanilla beans and French Broad cocoa nibs.
