Appearance: Pours the color of peach nectar with a film blanketing the liquid and fading quickly to a ringlet; leggy, but little lacing
Smell: Sour peach with just a touch of vanilla
Taste: Sour peach with a touch of vanilla, just like the aroma; a hint of graham cracker in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body
Overall: Enjoyable but the more recent efforts by Newgrass have been better

Space Trash Bin 2 from Newgrass Brewing. Received from @nc41 in BIF 12. Received 10/8/20. Reviewed 10/13/20.
Undated 16 oz can. Stored at home at 42 degrees and served at 45 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 60 degrees.
Appearance – 3.
First pour – Gold (SRM 5), hazy.
Body – Deep gold (SRM 6), murky and opaque. When held to direct light, lazy effervescence (like something is living on the bottom and occasionally expelling gas) and precipitate are noted.
Head – Tiny (Maximum five mm, aggressive center pour), gold, initially fizzy but quickly settles to medium density, no retention, diminishing to no crown or cap.
Lacing – None.
Aroma – 3.5 – Smells acidic with a bit of peach. No hops, no malt, no yeast. As it warms to 60 degrees, the nose weakens to barely noticeable.
Flavor – 3.5 - Begins acidic with some peach. No hops, no malt, no yeast. No marshmallow and no vanilla, faint graham cracker and cinnamon. No alcohol (6 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. Ends tasting the same as it began.
Palate – 4 – Full, slightly syrupy, soft carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.25 (Minus 0.25 point for undated container) Another annoying brew admonishing you to “Drink Fresh” while being too lazy/cheap to date the can. The acidity and peachiness of the flavor coupled with the delightful palate make this worth trying, despite the off-putting appearance (those clots of peach(?) hanging on the inside of the glass do not help) and sluggish nose. At best, a mixed bag.
