A- pours a murky yellow color with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring around the glass

S- banana pudding, tart yogurt, vanilla wafers, vanilla bean, marshmallows, whipped cream

T- sweet banana pudding up front with notes of banana cream, whipped cream and vanilla. Mid-palate brings out a tart note that cuts through the sweetness, followed by more creamy notes of marshmallow, vanilla and milk sugars. The finish gives vanilla wafers, banana pudding and a tart linger

M- medium body with moderate-low carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into the finish

O- tart banana pudding, just as advertised

 

You get banana cream pie up front, then a slightly sour smack, followed by a creamy banana aftertaste. Zero alcohol at all! A desert beverage for sure.
