Appearance: Pours cloudy and honey colored with a small head that fades to a ringlet; very leggy, with some dots lingering
Smell: Well the banana moon pie aromatics are distinctive, with the marshallow, graham cracker and chocolate all in the mix
Taste: The sour aspect hits the taste buds before the rest of the flavors emerge; the banana, the graham cracker, the marshmallow are prominent but the chocolate is rather subtle; there is some sweetness here but the sour elements more than balance it out
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation; slightly puckery
Overall: The folks at Newgrass are developing some very creative flavor combinations lately - nice work
