Appearance: Pours a somewhat cloudy pineapple juice color with a thin head that quickly fades away; no lacing
Smell: Sweet and sour pineapple with graham cracker and vanilla tones
Taste: The initial sweet pineapple juice flavor appears on the tip of the tongue and lingers into the finish though the sour side quickly becomes apparent; after the swallow, the graham cracker and vanilla add complexity but the sour and bitter flavors more than compensate
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation
Overall: One of the best of the Newgrass sour IPAs I have tasted over the past few days
