Appearance: A milky pour separates into a cloudy stone colored base capped by a finger of clumpy marshmallow foam; leaves webs of lacing behind
Smell: Pineapple, cinnamon and vanilla pastry cream; a sour aspect pervades and mingles with the sweeter aromatics
Taste: Sweet and sour elements combine together with the pineapple and vanilla pastry cream frosting on the front and the cinnamon picking up in the back end
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy; almost slick with moderate carbonation
Overall: This beer opened my eyes to a style I normally avoid; I could see myself enjoying this by the pool when on a tropical vacation
