A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly form the bottom of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of grassy hops. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which lingers slightly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a relatively clean finish. Slightly thin/watery mid-body.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly crisp + clean + light mouthfeel. Enjoyable with traditional pilsner flavors and aromas.
