Purchased as a single 25.4oz bottle from the brewery itself for $7.00. Poured into a tulip glass.
L - Pours a slightly-hazy rust orange, with a minimal off-white head. No noteworthy lacing.
S - Generic sour funkiness. A bit of wheat is present.
T - A funky wheat ale, with a background hint of prickly pear. Well-balanced. Musty. Pickled finish.
F - Medium-full in body, with no carbonation. Coats the mouth. Drinkable.
O - A bit disappointed in comparison to their other beers (the reviews of which I'll post later today). Essentially a fruity vinegar, with nothing impressive to note. When I asked how long this was aged for, the bartender said "two, maybe three years". Something like this may not have been designed to be aged well. I'd recommend giving it a try; I may just be crazy.
