This poured with a creamy beige head that almost looked like a nitro pour. The limited retention and size said otherwise. Enticing, surprisingly complex and sweet aroma. Roasty, mildly bitter, exceptionally harmonious flavor. The complicated recipe was certainly worth the effort.
