Triple Bourbon Barrel Age Wheatwine
This project began over three years ago when we cask fermented a new Wheatwine base in one of our Old Scout Bourbon barrels for two months. After that, it moved to another Old Scout Bourbon barrel where it then rested undisturbed for 30 straight months. A final four months of conditioning in a Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel completed its long journey
