Acquired a 16 oz can at a beer festival in Greenville, SC on 11-8-25. No can date but guessing from October; consumed 12-18-25. Cold stored since acquisition.
Beer poured gold with a pretty good white head.
Nose has notes of grassy and herbal hops along with some crackery malts.
Taste is a white cracker malt base that works nicely with hops that bring a touch of lemon. Finishes with a nice peppery bitterness; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with a very nice cleansing and refreshing finish.
Overall, a solid representation of the pale Czech lager style.
