Clear golden color with a modest and short lived white head.
The aroma is graham crackers, lime and a hint of vanilla.
The taste is Key Lime Pie, graham cracker crust, pie and whipped cream topping. Lime tart and sweet all at once.
The body is light/medium, fairly low carbonation.
Altogether this is an interesting brew, very well done as far as the taste matching the name. The biggest drawback is pairing this with food, it is really a desert beer or just a stand alone to appreciate on it's own.
