A juicy, lightly tart, appropriately salty Gose. The pineapple is very flavorful, but not dominating as to subdue the other flavors. A hint of cinnamon to keep you wondering.

A: The beer is very hazy light yellow in color. It poured with a narrow white collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pineapple are present in the nose along with notes of lactobacillus.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little sour with flavors of pineapples and notes of saltiness with contrast with the pineapples and hints of coconuts.
M: It feels light-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked how the lactobacillus and salt took out the sweetness and the acidity of the pineapple.
