Interesting combination of Chinook and Galaxy hops for this American IPA. Sounds like a winning combo to me.
Pours a copper color...clean...fluffy white head.
Aroma is light and soft but brings pine and floral notes and some biscuit like malt.
Flavor is pretty balanced with an English IPA like biscuit malt backing that is pretty dominant. The pine notes mingle in but really lacks a strong IPA hop punch in my opinion. It's fine but I'm looking for more hop impression.
Canned Feb 5. It is Feb 19.

This beer pours a very clear amber color. The head was white, 1 finger.
The nose has got a slight pine/citrus aroma, but not extremely strong. More pine than citrus.
The taste is very pine forward. It's also very pine all the way down.
Somewhat watery feeling. Not a thick beer.
Overall a delicious IPA. A good, solid offering from Spilled Grain.
