This is on tap at the brewery
Murky pouring beer from the tap. It is somewhere between orange and golden colored. When I get it more into the light, it looks more golden. There was a bit of a white head with no lacing on the glass.
The aroma is very wild and funky. I get tons of grassy notes, along with an earthy aroma. This is a saison for sure. There's also a citrus note that pops into the mix.
Taste - wow! This beer starts off with a bit of a malty biscuit flavor. This beer finishes quite on the wild side. Tons of lemongrass flavor with a funky hint to it. I also get bubblegum on the finish.
This body is quite full for a 5.8% beer. Quite clean feeling, and very smooth going down.
Damn impressive beer. I could just pound the hell out of it. So delicious.
