Not much different from Chimney Sweep with its lightly smoked aroma and flavor but this has an added pleasant surprise in the finish with the slightly sweet, chocolatey flavor that works remarkably well with this beer.

Really liked one. Smell is smoky with and underlying sweetness. Taste is just the same first is the tobacco ash and it quickly transitions into a chocolate bar.

This pours a deep brown/mahogany color with a couple of fingers of tan head. Beautiful beer. The aroma is smoky (duh), but the cocoa is present, which is good.
Where the cocoa really shines, though, is the taste. The base beer is good, but it's basically smoke ..... and not a lot else. The cocoa elevates this significantly, giving this a backbone with some sweetness (and CHOCOLATE!!!!!), which is most welcome. Well done by a great brewery.

Dark brown color. Light tan head with a lot lace .
Very similar to Chimney Sweep and the cocoa nibs are hardly noticable but they are they and provide a nice chocolate and cocoa powder flavor in addition to the base beer.
Decent and fun to try, but nothing I'd seek out.
