Great looking. Full clean white head covers pale body that is brilliantly clear and very clean looking. Fresh grain and dough aroma with shot of sulphur.
Streak of bitterness is noted, but it is not excessive. Clean grain malt character with some doughiness. A very pleasing tartness and fruitiness to the hop flavors that the bitterness never supersedes. A very clean drink. Bitterness lasts apropos the style. Every bit as good if not better than the other German pils this brewery seems to enjoy making.

Pours a brilliantly-clear, pale straw in color and is topped with an off-white head. Very good lacing.
Lightly sweet/grassy and bready/biscuit malt character is balanced by the "fruit" character of the hop. This is the first time I've tried this hop in a Pils and it expresses a classic Noble-like character while bringing a new highlight to the nose.
Classic Pils taste on the first sip: Light sharpness from the hop, light malt sweetness, and good carbonation across the palate. The finish is on the dry side (which I prize) and there's a nice lingering bitterness.
Seems quite light in body, but it's not 'brisk' owing to over-carbonation. Very easy drinking.
Malt character holds it's own against the fruity, juicy hop (some folks find strawberry and even creamsickle in this hop, but I get the honeydew, mainly, along with a very light but distinct mint-like character) and it really holds together as an all-day "session" like beer profile.
A very good Pilsner by any objective measure (or anyone's high standards) and would be a great year-round beer.

L-Clear yellow...nice clarity...
S-Nice spicy hop aroma up front....light grainy maltiness
T-Spicy hops are a big part of the flavor....underlying light grainy malt but very hop forward...some oily hop characteristics.
F-Medium bodied....carbonation is fine....
O-The most hop forward of the frost hop beers....it pushes the bitterness line for me....very dry on the finish....

This beer pours a bright clear yellow with a small head. The aroma features crackery malts, black pepper, woodsy spice, and cumin. The flavor starts with crisp malts, and follows with citrus, spice, cumin, and a mineral water quality. The mouthfeel is bright, with a chewy texture in the middle, and a crisp finish with plenty of fizzy carbonation. Overall this is a really, reaky good beer. Crisp, simple, very well excuted flavors make this one just pop.

Clear yellow, light carbonation bubbles, 3/4 inch white head, receding fairly quickly. Nice German lager aroma with good hop presence. Moderate mouth feel. Nice mild biscuit body with a pleasant level of hop bittering in the finish.

White head with lace. Clear golden color.
This reminds me a lot of the fresh hop series. Earthy, zesty, spicy, and citrusy. Some floral and bready notes.
Light bodied. Crisp and clean.
Another awesome pils to come out of Schells brewery! Great drinkability on this stuff.

Yellow bodied beer has a nice looking frothy white head on top. Lacing is quite abundant. Aroma has nice malt tones to it sprinkled with some bight hops too. On the buds, the malts lay a cracker-like and grainy foundation. Smooth maltiness. Hops add some honeydew and other slight tropical nuances. A bit of a lingering bitterness in this one as well. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Like all the others, this Frost Hop beer is quite enjoyable as well.

Clear straw color with a finger of head. Moderate amount of lacing left down the glass. Aroma of flowers, grass, and some melon. The melon is in the flavor. It is not a bold flavor but melds into the rest of the hop flavor characteristics of grass and slightly herbal. The malt is dry and does not try to play much of a part in the flavor. A bit of sulfur is starting to creep into the flavor already so this one needs to get drunk right away. Light, crisp, and refreshing just like a pils should be.
