T - lightly-sweetened biscuits, herbal and earthy with a touch of spice
M - light body, medium/low carbonation
O - just a refreshing blonde

Pours a pale golden in color, topped with a creamy off-white head.
Carbonation looks good, maybe a bit on the high side.
Nose is pale malts with light bready, biscuit notes, but nothing too zany in the way of hop character.
Classic British pale malt profile on the first sip, the light hop bite (bitterness) accentuates the malt profile, which lingers to the end of the palate. Very light notes of honey to the malt, and overall quite a bit of malt depth!
Light bodied, and with the carbonation helping to bring the malt character to the forefront. The hop character does wind its way back into the palate as an aftertaste, which is fine since it's a bit grassy / herbal as well as bitter.
There's a Kolsch-like character going on (in a good way), though this is clearly in the British style.
At any rate, it's a very flavorful and easy-drinking, "Session style" ale, and a one-off! Worth tracking down.

Clear golden color with a large head with plenty of lacing left down the glass. Aroma of earthy, herbal hops and apple like yeast esters. Flavor of biscuits, fruit, juniper berries, and earthy hops. Light body and gently carbonated. Easy drinking light ale.

White head. Lace. Clear golden color.
Biscuit and bready notes. Herbal notes. The bottle describes a cedar flavor and I can see that. Earthy with a light hop presence.
Light bodied. Crisp and clean. Easy drinking.
