Adaptive Matter - Starkeller pours a bright, cloudy orange note with no head at all. The aroma is just strong mango flavors. The flavors are tart, with lots of strong mango flavors. Fizzy, tart feel. Overall, a very sour and very mango feel.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 375ml capped bottle into a Founders snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Pours a lightly hazy orange. No lace, barely there legs. Nose has huge notes of mango, guava, and passion fruit with all three fruits putting on an equal display. Light tartness is overwhelmed by the big tropical fruit bouquet. Beer opens passion fruit and mango. The fruit is pronounced and unmistakable. Tartness is slightly acidic, nicely balanced by the sweetness of the mango. Also has some citrus fruit in the back along with that signature guava sourness and astringency. Very solid. Good display of the fruit profile. Body is light with ample carbonation. Slightly prickly on the palate and goes down aggressive and sparkling. Clean finish and aftertaste.
Great combination of fruit flavors in this one. A nice treat!

375ml bottle with a date of March 2020.
This is one of the more disappointing Starkeller beers. Relies too much on the fruit and does not let the funk out. Looks not likable with very little carbonation. Heavy aroma of fruit skins of mango and passion fruit. Mildly acidic flavor that is very fruit forward. Little funk. Something went wrong with the carbonation as this is nearly flat and drinks like fruit juice I would pour out of a plastic jug. More like a fruited kettle sour than a real sour so that is why I score this so low.

375ml bottle. Label has bottling date as 'MARCH, 2020'. Aged in 1936 Cypress Tanks, Methode Traditionnnelle.
Cloudy, deep gold colored body. Last bit of the dregs really clouded up the beer. No head, but very bubbly. No lacing.
Aroma is funk with mango and passion fruit. Cypress, rather than oak, in the background.
Taste is sour, and drying. Leather and barnyard funk, with added fruity flavors (mango and passion fruit).
Medium mouth feel. Close to a tooth scraper. Effervescent in the mouth.
This sour is a pleasant change-of-pace after plowing through BA stouts and hazy IPAs.

Pours an orange color. Lots of carbonation, but no head. Really bubbly looking.
The nose is a very tropical fruit aroma. Tons of mango. Some guava and passion fruit mixed in as well here.
Taste - The mango is the star here. nice and tart, yet sweet at the same time. The mango is backed up by the guava and passion fruit. a solid trio.
Bubbly, tart, thick, and full bodied.
Tasty and delicious. I love this beer.

Bottle. Orange juice looking beer.
Reminds me of starkeller peach. Very juicy. Lots of mango. Guava and passionfruit blend nicely. Nicely tart, not over the top. Very fruity and citrusy. Well done.
