This is imperial grain belt (somewhere around 6+ %) on cask with apollo hops.
The color wasn't clear. It was more of a cloudy straw yellow.
The flavor wasn't of corn and blandness. It had a lot of flavor and reminded me of a pilsner. It specifically reminded me of the dry hopped citra pils. It had a really nice hop profile with a bit of biscuity/bready malts.
This beer was really easy to drink and a had a lot of flavor. I hope that they do more versions of this beer, because it is really enjoyable.
