Hazy pale yellow with a nice pile of fine-grained foam in the Zot goblet. The brewer describes this as a "dry hopped Grisette." Mouthfeel is wonderfully sudsy, even creamy. Faint aroma of straw, lime, and possibly something hoppy.
Vegetal flavor, slightly mineral. Substantial flavor with the usual hint of Cream of Wheat with a tart finish and the yeasty aftertaste. Still, it's a great example of what can be done with a very modest alcohol level and is a textbook example of a Belgian-inspired table beer. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Grapevine Liquors for an astounding ten bucks.
