L: caramel colored ale with a tall & frothy beige head
S: toasted grain, caramel, earthy British hops
T: malty goodness: grain, caramel, bread crust, brown sugar; hops are moderately bitter and earthy with a touch of pine
F: medium body, ample carbonation, moderately bitter finish
O: I miss this style; I wish it was brewed more often in America these days

Collaboration between More Brewing and Miskatonic Brewing, hence the name.
From the website: "This crisp and delicious Extra Special Bitter has a lot to unfold. While being moderately bitter, we get the slightest caramel and malty sweetness."
Generous tiny bubbles rise through a loverly clear, dark, bronze body to a fleeting 1/4" cap of tight, off-white bubbles leaving erratic, stepped, spots of lacing.
Malty aroma is dominant but a muted bitterness foreshadows excitement.
An almost fruity, bitter hop flavor is that excitement, especially while enveloped in caramel malt notes. A delicious, easy drinking beer.
Not quite crisp and almost sticky feel still finishes clean.
Overall it is great to have a local example of a classic style for beer lovers.
