Served on tap in a pint glass

Appearance – The beer is served a hazy golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades super quick leaving almost no lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell –The aroma of the brew is strongest of some light bready aromas and a little bit of a citrus and herbal hop smells. Along with these aromas comes a light mustiness and a bit of hay.

Taste-The taste begins with light bready taste mixed with some flavors of herbal hop. As the taste advances the hop increases a bit, all while the bready flavors lose some sweetness and end up producing a slightly more crackery taste. At the very end, some light hop flavors of citrus and pine come to the tongue leaving one with a slightly lighter but smooth pale ale flavor to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the slightly thinner side with a carbonation level that is average. For the lighter tastes and the mild, but pleasant hop profile, the feel is rather nice and makes for an easy drinker.

Overall – A decent “lighter” (in flavor) pale ale. For the low abv. of this one, it makes for one great session style brew; perfect for sitting outdoors and sipping throughout the day.
