Picked up a 16 oz can from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 7-31-20 for $3.99. Canned in July, consumed 10-23-20.
Beer poured golden with a very nice white head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose is nice, grapefruit is at the forefront.
Taste is a lighter pale malt base with a touch of biscuit that showcases the grapefruit force of the cascade and centennial hops used. Finishes with a touch of orange and rind; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly smooth and refreshing.
Overall a nice lighter IPA. Goldwater is pretty consistent with the quality of their IPAs!

Hopped up pale ale, but there's not a lot of distinctive flavor to the hops, just a general fruitiness/bitterness, and the malt backing is too minimal, leaving this feeling thin and sharp. Probably better on a sweltering summer day, I guess.
