We took our Hazy IPA base and gave it a nice sour soak over night in our kettle, Whirpooled it with fresh cascade and cashmere hops, then conditioned it on 1lb per gallon of peach purée (OVER 300 POUNDS OF PEACHES!). The galaxy forward dry-hop further boasts the fresh notes of peaches in this brew. Sour, tart, hoppy and full of peach & topical flavor!
