Our good friend Mickey at Kings Beer & Wine is moving to Philadelphia and to send him off properly, we brewed a beer with the man. You Say Goodbye, I Say Hello - is an 8% Double Dry-Hopped Double Hazy IPA featuring ample amounts of Topaz, Comet and Strata hops and we are all thrilled with how it turned out! Gonna miss you Mickey!

Picked up a 32 oz crowler from Kings Beer & Wine on 10-7-20 for $10.00.
Beer poured a cloudy golden orange with a nice head with the original pour.
Nose is very nice, definitely full of tropical and citrus fruits.
Taste is very well done. Light malt baseline allows a showcase of the wonderful hopping which provides a light touch of grassiness, along with grapefruit, mango, and orange. Finishes with a heavier than expected, but welcomed, touch of resin and pulp; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied but very refreshing.
Overall this has a really good flavor profile, well done!
