100% Foeder-fermented Farmhouse Ale brewed exclusively with locally sourced malt from Riverbend Malt House. Aged for 6+ months on wood before it was hand packaged in green bottles for further conditioning. This funky, autumnal Saison is layered with rich caramel, oak, and earthy notes. A complex beer with a nuanced tartness and a gentle, bubbly mouthfeel.

Enjoyed a pint while visiting the brewery today 2-17-23.
Beer was served a hazy gold with a very nice white head.
Nose was of horse blankets and oak.
Taste was a lighter malt base innoculated with horse blanket, barnyard, and white wine. Finished light and refreshing right up to the edge of being sour.
Mouthfeel was light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall a nice horsey saison!
