Our Mexican style lager shows off its German roots with noble hop varieties, as well as lots of Munich and Vienna malts, giving it a beautiful light amber color.
The addition of flaked maize lightens up the body, making it crisp and crushable, for Cinco de Mayo or any other day of the year.
If you're feeling spicy, try it with a slice or two of fresh jalapeño. You won't be sorry.

DATE: July 24, 2021... OCCASION: with the Spukes victorious, we return to the Wii at Jer's with another easy drinker from Man Skirt... pours a nice golden amber body devoid of bubbles... its head settles rather swiftly, leaving little more than a random bubble... cracker malts, pepper, lime, and light citrus are welcoming, if not subtle... the mouthfeel is alive at the throat, crisp at the teeth and slightly oily in the mouth.... at its ABV, an easy drinker that finishes with some substance... lilac, tortilla, oat grains, lime and orange, a bit of spice and malt bill that takes the normal Vienna lager and adds some nuance... refreshing and flavorful...
