Poured from tap into shaker 1 finger cream colored head recedes quickly, soso lacing. Clear golden in the glass. Smells of farmhouse yeast, some fruity esters. Taste initially of juicy fruit, some biscuit malt peaking thru. The middle has a small amount if lemon. Finish is mild spicy and semi druly. Clean straight up saison, hides the ABV well.
