M-43 - Pineapple Jalapeño

Had on tap. Hazy orange body with a white collar. Aromas of pineapple, tons of mango and orange, a hint of grapefruit and starfruit, finishing with mild hops and jalapeno. I enjoy experimental beers so I am biased, but I had fun tasting this one, tropical and citrus juice up front, then brightens with the dry and mild hops, but finishes with a bit of spice that gets stronger as you go down the glass. It's it fun for the sun! Feel is juicy, airy, creamy, and has that spicy kick, great textures to play with.

A - Pours a hazy orange with a one finger creamy whtie head. Light soapy lacing.

S - Aroma is orange, pineapple and jalapeno.

T - The taste is orange, grapefruit, pineapple, resinous and a good jalapeño bite in the finish.

M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.

O - Decent enough. The jalapeño adds a good bit of heat to the finish, but mutes the pineapple.

Pours a hazy, slightly greenish beer. Aroma not strong of pineapple or jalapeno. Had a decent kick, or it might have been the pepper on the run of the tulip glass. Second spicy beer I've had. Wasn't crazy about either one.
