A "classic" American IPA recipe from Travis and Nate's early days as brewers in the late 90's early 2000's. This IPA uses "C" hops to bitter and provide piney, grapefruit aroma, along with light caramel malt and biscuity Munich malt. This beer is still what we first think of when we talk about IPA, and we hope you enjoy!!
