Clean, crisp, with a wonderful floral hoppy aroma and taste. If you love a good IPA, you’ll love this “lager”. Great job Old Nation. When you drink it, you’ll know this is special.

Aroma is citrus, malts/bread and a hint of funky hops. The flavor is fruit, malts/grains, mild tropical fruit and a slightly sweet/complex Mosaic hop finish.

A - Pours a light hazed gold with a nice fizzy white head. The head fades into a thin ring leaving some light clingy lacing.
S - Aroma is lemon and floral hops.
T - The taste is nice and light. Lemon, grapefruit, crackery malts and a nice piney finish.
M - Light body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with nice crisp finish.
O - Super easy drinking IPL.

Gold in color with excellent clarity. There’s a fingernail of off white around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. Moderate, soapy lacing. The aroma is of grassy hops. I’m tasting a nice, clean lager with a a rush of grassy hops at the back of the palate. The mouth is light, crisp, and refreshing.

Straw gold and almost clear. The final ounce added light haziness. Half an inch of foam is white and slowly settles to a thick blanket. Swaths of lacing form on a Pretentious Glass Company American Lager pint glass. The carbonation starts as big bubbles, eventually becoming fine bubbles after several minutes.
The aroma is crisp with floral hops and lemon zest. Light grassiness has a fresh, clean character. Mild pine builds as it warms.
Opens with bitterness and lemon zest followed by water crackers. The finish is mild, long and very dry. Hops build with warmth. The final ounce adds yeasty earthiness.
It has a medium to light body with the texture of sharp nylon. Carbonation is perky and alcohol is as expected.
This is a nice beer that can easily be enjoyed as a session while watching football or playing cards with friends.

Canned 7/12/23; drank 12/16/23 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dull yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE, noisy bright white head; frothy, tree-rung lacing remained.
Lemon & pine notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Lemon & pine flavors.
Simple, a bit tart but overall enjoyable.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had faint bitter citrus hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base with subtle bittering citrus hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Dry hopped lager from the folks who made their mark with NEIPAs in Michigan. I think this is the first non-IPA I’ve tried from them.
Pours clean and clear. Low aroma, with a zesty hop character that emerges slightly. The sip has a more pronounced hop bite, with a drying finish. Enjoyable.
