Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange red with a small white head. Smells of sweet strawberry and other sour fruit. Tastes of strawberry and some sour fruit. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

Old Nation Whirled – Tart Strawberry Rhubarb poured into my tulip glass a pinkish body while producing a small head. The nose was fruity and tarty. The upfront taste was of sweetness from the strawberry followed by the tart finish of rhubarb. The tart/sour bite of the rhubarb dominates at the finish. Mouth feel is medium bodied.
Overall, fruit beers usually are not to my preference. However, I was given this by a friend to try. If you want your tastebuds teased …try this ale. One and done for me.
