Look: It pours clear light golden with a full white head. Head retention is excellent.

Smell: The aroma has a citrus and floral smell to it. It also has moderate notes of bread in the nose.

Taste: There are strong citrus flavors with some floral. It also has a white grape quality to it with bread and hints of honey.

Feel: It has a moderately light body with the balance tipped towards the hops.

Overall, it has an interesting set of flavors that works well together.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amounts of bright medium yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of bready malts + light aromas of earthy wheaty spelt malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of citrus/grapefruit, earthy, tropical/mango, and spicy/peppery hops.

T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready malts + light to moderate flavors of earthy wheaty spelt malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. Slightly less than moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit, earthy, tropical/mango, and spicy/peppery hops (and that distinctive something I get with Cashmere hops which I cannot put my finger on) which impart a light amount of bitterness which does not linger for too long.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.

O: Enjoyable with a really nice malt base and a bit of an unusual hop profile for the style. Alcohol is well hidden and it drinks pretty easily. I could easily have a couple of these.
