A: Pours a murky, almost milky pinkish golden honey in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale ruby red + burnt orange + bright yellow + bright orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy pinkish beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 70% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate the aromas of sweet biscuit + cake malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness along the moderate to strong aromas of sweet (almost jammy) strawberries. No discernible hop presence.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of sweet biscuit + cake malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of sweet almost jammy strawberries. No discernible hop presence and no perceived bitterness. Moderate flavors of lingering strawberry shortcake.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel. Very enjoyable (especially to someone who loves a good strawberry shortcake) and definitely delivers the aromas and flavors advertised. Kind of wish I was enjoying this one sitting out on a blanket in the park having a picnic.

Drinking this at The Casita Brewery in Downtown Wilson NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears a rich red raspberry color with a nice foamy reddish head that dropped quickly to zero with some nice lacing.
Smells lightly bready, fruity berry, raspberry.
Taste follows the nose. Definitely raspberry forward.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style, with added oats making this more of a raspberry milkshake for adults.
Overall a very nice fruit beer that I would definitely order again.
