Poured a seethru gold body with one-finger head and minimal lace. Aroma has a sharp citric lemon peel and spicy aroma with bits of yeast. These bits of yeast keep a light-bodied beer a bit fluffy and bubblegum sweetness along with a mix of citric notes, somewhat lemony, and bits of both spici- and funkiness. Enjoyable, easily quaffable and simple saison.
