A juicy, smooth, and clean-finishing beer hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra; then finished with a 3 LBS PER BBL dry-hop featuring Citra + Amarillo. The result is an IPA with a low perceived bitterness bursting with hop flavors, allowing the palate to discover extremely prominent notes of tropical fruit and citrus.

Poured on draft at Old City BBQ.
Look is a hazy golden yellow with little to no head.
Aroma is fruity and juicy.
Tast matches aroma with tons of tropical fruit. The body is a little thin though.

Poured a cloudy yellow body with one-finger head and lace ring down glass. Tropical fruits along with tangerine/grapefruit in the aroma. Smooth, slightly thin body, no bitterness to speak of but has a bit of tropical fruit sweetness to it and real easy to drink.

Pours a nice hazy amber with a thick foamy head with pretty solid retention. Does fade but leaves some nice sticky lacing. Very pretty.
Nose is, imho, a bit lacking considering the excessive dry hopping here. It's direct with a bit more of the base, bitter hops like Centennial coming through more than the Citra and Amarillo to me. Citra is definitely present on the nose though.
Flavor is nice, well rounded. Big bitter - not a juice bomb but really well balanced in that it vacillates between bitter and sweet notes - but the big hit here is the overall hop profile. It works incredibly well in its big bitter up front with nice, lighter citrusy notes coming through more on the finish. Solid blend.
Feel is a bit less juicy or smooth than I'd like on the NE style. It's nice, full, well rounded but a bit more big drying bitter than expected for the lower ABV. Still, really great beer here and probably my second favorite thing from these guys.
