#VBC3NBF2K: an all-Virginia collaboration with Three Notch'd Brewing Company! Spicy rye malt character from Copper Fox Distillery's Rappahannock Rye plays well with the Virginia grown fresh hops from Homegrown Hopyards / Virginia Hop Initiative. Hop character is slightly grassy from the wet hops and produce aromas of bright citrus peels with a touch of dank-ness.
Grain Bill: 2-Row, Munich, and Copper Fox Rappahannock Rye.
Hops: Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, Citra, and Cashmere.
