Notes:
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine. Deep red in color with an off-white head, Boatman's Dance is our biggest beer yet, clocking in at 11.1% ABV. The extended bourbon barrel-aging smooths out the high ABV leaving a deliciously smooth, caramel backbone with warming notes of bourbon, vanilla, and just a hint of coconut in the finish.
Grain Bill: 2-Row, Munich, Victory, Crystal 60, and Midnight Wheat. Hops: Chinook. Aging: Heaven Hill Distilleries bourbon barrels.

Part of the "Stash Corner" vintage tapping event that was going on when I last visited. This was the 2017 vintage, which was incredibly smooth for a 11.1% BBA Barleywine! Some subtle notes of toffee and a warming finish. Bought a bottle of the fresh batch to try at home!
