Naked version of Boatman's Dance, The Virginia Beer Co.'s bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine. The Boatman is one of our highest gravity recipes yet, weighing in at 10.0% ABV. Pours deep red in color with an off-white head. Blends flavors of hop bitterness and perceived alcohol with a smooth, caramel malt backbone and warming sweet notes.
Grain Bill: Grain Bill: 2-Row, Munich, Victory, Crystal 60, and Midnight Wheat.
