The Virginia Beer Company's inaugural Lager recipe.
This is a single malt + single hop recipe highlighting old world German floor malted Pilsner Malt with a modern American twist, the inclusion of Centennial hops. These hop additions add a pleasant citrusy and slightly floral character that complement a firm, but not overpowering, bitterness. As one would expect of a true Keller Pilsner, this is an overwhelmingly crisp & clean beer resulting from 2 months of lagering with a classic German Lager strain.
