Brewed with blends of two Saison yeast strains and Orchard Brettanomyces sourced from nearby RVA Yeast Labs, this Saison features a myriad of ingredients that explore a New World take on an Old World style. The estery base of a traditional Saison is softened by mixed fermentation with Orchard Brett and 30 gallons of Stayman Apple Juice. Sweet and spicy with a hint of tartness accentuated by flavors of sweet fruit from additions of Nelson Sauvin hops.
