A Kettle Soured Berliner Weisse lightly hopped with tropical Azacca hops and finished with additions of Peach purée (1 lb. per gallon). Crisp and pleasingly peachy with a soft, tart finish.
Ripened in the winter season to usher in fond memories of long summer nights. The second in our seedling series of fruited Berliner recipes.

Peach and tartness, makes for a winning combo. Not so much fruit that it's like drinking dessert, but just enough so you know there's a peach in there somewhere. Really nice for a hot day.

Cloudy off yellow color with fizzy white that rapidly disappears. Aroma is light and tropical. Taste is once again, light, and the flavors are of mango, lemon and orange with a great sour feel and nicely balanced with hops and malts
