It's a beautiful thing when all the right pieces are in the all the right places. This beer is meant to exemplify the beauty of a relationship between two friends of VBC who are tying the knot here at the brewery on Tuesday, September 18th. And just as Ben, Chyna, and their families have come together to celebrate their poetic confluence, so too has this Wedding IPA been brought together as one with the pieces of many.
A robust foundation infused with a touch of Flaked Oats, Jonesin' Ever After oversees the gathering of tropical Azacca + citrusy Galaxy + pleasing Vic Secret hops. Pulled together with a bouquet of Galaxy in the dry-hop, this hazy India Pale Ale overflows with fruit-forward flavors & aromas and finishes softly on the palate.
A recipe bringing together the qualities of our favorite Experimental IPA's in celebration of two of Virginia Beer Co.'s favorite people. We have a feeling this beer will...early & often...put the cheer in "Beers & Cheers"!
