A beer is only so good as the people with whom you share it. This recipe is the first written & brewed by Brewer AJ Stauber, meant to be shared with all of his friends here in the comfort of 401 Second Street.
Tapped on 11/29 in honor of one of his favorite friends, Rozzelle is a smooth & malty Brown Ale with a sweet, Ghraham Cracker bite. Perfect for a round (or two) with a friend (or two) while gathered together 'round the fire pits for an hour (or two).
Grain Bill: Maris Otter, Brown, Honey Malt, Victory, and Midnight Wheat. Hops: Chinook and East Kent Goldings.
