India Pale Ale brewed with Mango & Pineapple Puree
* TAPROOM EXCLUSIVE *
A warm front rolls through as the fresh flavors of Mango & Pineapple are blended with tropical Azacca and citrusy Denali hops. This small batch India Pale Ale - brewed with Denali (aka, Nuggetzilla), dry-hopped with Azacca, and fermented on Mango & Pineapple purees - produces a panoply of bright, tropical aromas with balanced fruit flavors, subtle tartness, and a soft hop bite.
Only the knife knows the heart of a pineapple...and paradise awaits only those lucky enough to find their way to 401 Second Street on Saturday, February 16th.

Super interesting. Love the label too. There's a bit of tartness here, likely from the combination of fruit juices blended into the beer during fermentation. Not much of a hop bite but the beer has so much going on that if you're know you're going in for a fruited recipe you're going to enjoy the experience.
