"Forget beers that need the lime wedge: This beer will transport you to an island paradise better than anything else on the market. If Flavortown had beaches, this would be in every cooler." - PorchDrinking.com
The perfect companion to your next great escape, this bright Lemongrass Session Ale is brewed with just a pinch of Australian Sea Salt to create an easy drinking recipe with a refreshing touch of tartness.

A: The beer is crystal clear golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high bright white head that left just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass after it died down.
S: Light aromas of lemongrass are presenting the nose.
T: The taste is a bit sour and has moderately strong aromas of lemongrass along with hints of saltiness in the finish.
M: It feels light- bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be very refreshing and easy to drink - it would make for a good selection on a hot summer day. Neither the lemongrass, sourness, nor saltiness were overdone.

A lot going on with this one. Per the brewery folks, it's best to think of this as two beers blended into one. A hint of tartness but it's not meant to be a sour ale. Lemongrass and sea salt give it a refreshing, soft finish. It goes down too easy!

yellow in color. Fizzy pour and head and then poof!!!!all the head and fizz gone and relatively flat from then on out. Aroma is lemony and heavy in malts. Taste is flat and has a great taste of lemongrass, a great plus!. Mouthfeel is good. A decent beer but not one of my favorites from the brewery
