We love it when a good plan comes together, and Party Guy is the result of some thoughtful planning by our Brewing Team.
This recipe was fashioned using a parti-gyle brewing technique, with a base made up from the second runnings of a fresh batch of Double Breakfast Special. Rather than the eclectic high gravity Imperial Brown Ale from which this brew was spawned, Party Guy is an English-style Dark Mild Ale. Medium-bodied and chewy with sweet notes on the finish.
