To the untrained padwan this recipe falls to the dark side with its robust malt character. But Jedi's will recognize the crisp body and clean finish as hailing from the light side of the Force.
It's not a trap and there is no reason to have bad feelings about this...unless you don't make it to 80/20 before this one is all tapped out.
