A: The beer is very hazy pinkish whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge.
S: Light aromas of blackberries and yogurt are present in the nose along with notes of lemons.
T: The taste has flavors of blackberries with notes of lemons and yogurt from lactobacillus.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation
O: I really enjoyed the combination of blackberries, lemons, and yogurt-like lactobacillus in this gose.
